Is it because I’m 60? Age, in relation to work, interest me. Besides: as we all seem to have to work longer it appears to be a relevant theme also.
Between 20 and say, 60, we all pass the stages of learning, exploring, performing and overview. Preferably in that sequence.
There is more: we are constantly judged whether our behaviour is adapted to our age group. Judged and evaluated. Might sound scary, it is true however. Reason to learn about it.
I wrote a book on this theme, the first (Dutch) edition has been sold out. I should probably take any action on this. I let you know!
