ATN Conflict

  • Conflicts can be useful, as they serve to in initiate new ideas. So you don’t stop a discussion when it is coming up.
  • Conflicts turn to energy-consumers when the escalate. Then they cause harm. And discomfort.
  • Conflicts turn nasty when they explode. The implications may be unforeseeable severe and serious.

We made a video, based on the conflict-theory of Glazer that shows the way it develops, and shows what is the most effective way to keep conflict under control.
